2) The wire diameter of the enameled wire

The thicker the wire diameter of the enameled wire, the greater the power. The thickness of the enameled wire depends on the size of the winding gap of the stator silicon steel sheet.

3) The diameter of the stator

The larger the stator diameter, the greater the motor power, and the diameter of the stator depends on the diameter of the hub motor housing. Therefore, the larger the housing diameter, the higher the power.

3) The power of the controller needs to match the power of the motor, which can be slightly higher than the power of the motor.

4) The discharge rate of the battery. When the motor is outputting at low speed and high torque, the battery needs a large current to discharge, especially when the vehicle encounters bad road conditions, it needs a large current to drive the motor so that the motor can output high torque. This requires the battery to have a relatively large discharge rate.

5) In addition, high-power motors consume relatively more power, especially when the battery voltage is relatively small, it needs to work with high current all the time. The cruising range will be shortened.
